James is a skilled and proficient chartered building surveyor with over fifteen years of experience.

Leo is an experienced chartered surveyor with a background in architecture and project management.

Fai is a Chartered Member of the Royal Institute of British Architects with proficient experience in architectural planning, construction and project management.

Scherise is an experienced RICS chartered quantity surveyor with a BSc (Hons) in quantity surveying.

Mark is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, building surveying division.

Kyle is a skilled building surveyor, with over 2 years experience across the UK and UAE.

Max joined in early Spring of 2024 as a graduate quantity surveyor

Joseph graduated with First Class Honours from the University of Brighton in 2024. He has since specialised in quantity surveying, joining us in summer 2025.

Andrew Knights looks after Chawton Hill's business development operations.

Bridget manages our finance department. She handles all finance related activities including accounts, invoicing and forecasting.

Catherine worked as a personal assistant/legal secretary for over 16 years in London law firms, and joined Chawton Hill in early 2023.

Joanna has over 10 years of experience in reception and secretarial-based roles.
