Joseph Fitzgerald graduated with a First Class Honours in Building Surveying from the University of Brighton in 2024.

He has since specialised in quantity surveying, already gaining extensive experience in cost planning, procurement, and contract administration. His experience has seen him involved in a range of construction projects. In addition to his core QS expertise, Joseph has a combined background in quantity surveying, building surveying, and project management. This enables him to offer well-rounded insights and deliver practical, value-driven solutions. Joseph joined the team at Chawton Hill in the first half of 2025.

Though new to the field, Joseph Fitzgerald has already shown an impressive ability to apply his analytical mindset to projects. His passion for financial management and meticulous attention to detail can only help ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
