David Edwards is one of the founders and managing director of Chawton Hill. He has a wealth of project management and employer’s agent experience spanning more than 25 years.

Dave previously worked as a senior surveyor and team manager at a well-known global multi-disciplinary practice. He then became a director of Chawton Hill Associates which he founded with his business partner around twenty years ago. Since then, he has been privileged to work with an outstanding team. Together, they have grown the business organically to the established practice we now have.

David works with all Chawton Hill’s clients and specialises in the health and education sectors of the business.

He has also been central in the successful development of Make Ready Centres for over 10 years. This innovative solution for preparing and re-stocking emergency vehicles is central to our successful partnership with the South East Coast Ambulance service. The system frees critical emergency staff. With central points dedicated to cleaning and preparing vehicles, it allows medical teams to focus on patient care. The aim being to improve delivery of ambulance services across the region.

In his spare time, Dave is a keen mountain biker and enjoys surfing and trail running.
