Chawton Hill is moving. As the lease on our old office came to a natural close, we’ve found a new home. From the start of February 2022, we’ll be at our new office: Wesley House in Leatherhead.

Still at the heart of the town in Leatherhead, you’ll be happy to find the move keeps us local! We’re heading to a building many will be familiar with locally as the old town hall. It will ensure we’re able to continue providing you with the highest possible standard of service in surveying, project management, and construction cost consultancy services over the coming years.

Wesley House is highly prominent and prestigious three / four-storey building of high architectural and heritage merit. The building dates from 1935- built as the Town Hall and Council Offices it is now a new development of great office space for multiple businesses. The original sections of the building retain many of their attractive period features, including an imposing panelled entrance area and a central double staircase. It even retains the original council chamber.

The design is complemented by two contemporary and architecturally striking modern rear extensions. These provide open plan accommodation with excellent natural light. The new place also gives us access to much better meeting facilities than we currently have. Being at the heart of the town, there’s plenty of visitor parking nearby.
