Our health experience stems from being at the forefront of specialist primary care and medical projects. This includes the system of Ambulance Make Ready Centres and Emergency 999 call centres being adopted across the UK.
Make Ready centres have the great benefit of helping to free up front-line staff, who currently clean and re-stock ambulances, to spend more time treating patients. Our experience extends to other areas of healthcare, such as medical practices and pathology centres. We also have extensive experience in the refurbishment and creation of primary care health centres.

Project Experience
- 999 Emergency Centre in Crawley – This project saw us project manage the new headquarters for South East Coast Ambulance Service.
- Ambulance Make Ready Centres – One of our core specialisms, find out what goes into a make ready centre.
- Bury St Edmunds Ambulance Hub – Chawton Hill’s support on this project saw us working with one of England’s largest ambulance trusts.
- Chiswick Family Practice – We supported as employer’s agent and quantity surveyor on this primary care project.
- SECAmb Multi-Use Centre – We acted as Lead Consultant on this project.
