Chawton Hill has been appointed by Tandridge District Council to support the refurbishment of four public toilet facilities across the district.
The project covers sites at Whyteleafe Recreation Ground, Westway Common, Dormansland Recreation Ground and Whyteleafe Station Car Park.
The aim is to give the existing facilities a much-needed update and make them easier and more efficient to maintain. Plans include new toilets, accessible facilities, baby-changing areas and improvements to the buildings. Some of the sites will also include flexible spaces that could be used by the local community.
Chawton Hill is supporting the project with the design and will act as principal designer until a Main Contractor is appointed. Our team will also manage the Building Control application before providing Contract Administration during the construction works.
The project is currently out to tender, with works expected to start in the autumn.
