Oran Green is one of our Graduate Surveyors. With a BSc in Building Surveying, he specialises in building pathology, design and specifications, residential refurbishment and maintenance.

Oran has 4 years experience as a project manager a major specialist flooring subcontractor, where he managed their large-scale commercial project flooring installations across London. This included, assisting with pre-contract designs and specifications, conducting surveys such as PPM’s and RCA’s and post contract QA of completed works.

Since joining the team at Chawton Hill, Oran has assisted with producing design proposals and pre-construction information documents, conducting on-site inspections and surveys, cost planning and producing programmes of works. Oran has been an asset to the team and it’s great to see his continued growth. Whilst with us Oran is also working towards RICS Chartership.
