Miles Cassidy took a slightly unconventional route into surveying. He completed a BSc in Business and Management in Leeds before joining a major international events company. Whilst there, he focussed on the construction and management of exhibitions and events. In early 2021 Miles decided to re-train as a surveyor. Whilst working with us at Chawton Hill, he completed an MSc in Building Surveying at University College of Estate Management which he finished in 2022 with a grade of distinction.

At present, Miles predominantly works on our fast-food retail and education projects but has also recently completed several multi-million-pound healthcare schemes with both the NHS and private developers.

In his spare time Miles Cassidy enjoys travelling, watching rugby and trying out new recipes in the kitchen.
