Our services range from one-off call out requirements to more in-depth Facilities Management of large buildings. We have access to a select base of skilled contractors who can provide both emergency repairs and cyclical maintenance, depending on our individual client’s requirements.

We pride ourselves in maintaining a professional approach in dealing with issues from the very smallest request through to larger-scale repairs or emergency works.

From our Surrey base, we are able to reach all of our clients in London and the South East quickly and efficiently. We undertake premises audits, surveys and quarterly maintenance reports depending upon the requirements of our clients.

We are experienced in diagnosing building defects and can prepare reports on how to deal with the effective eradication of wet and dry rot. Our Surveyors will test for rising and penetrating dampness and have a thorough understanding of all types of building construction.
