Refurbishment, Alteration, Extension
Our Expertise
Our refurbishment, alteration, extension expertise is used to its fullest extent when we are commissioned to undertake work on existing buildings.
We know that care and consideration is always of paramount importance when dealing with the refurbishment, alteration or extension of existing buildings.
Often the alteration requirements have an impact on the existing structure and means of escape.
We pride ourselves in taking ideas from inception and developing them into workable, practical schemes through the construction process to completion.
Our Chartered Building Surveyors use their skills and knowledge of existing buildings to reach the best design solution. Matters including structural design, party wall awards, and mechanical & electrical design are all considered. The target is to ensure the finished building meets all of the statutory and regulatory requirements as set out by Local Authority Building Control.
Please contact us if you have a building project that requires refurbishment, alteration or extension.
