Our refurbishment, alteration, extension expertise is used to its fullest extent when we are commissioned to undertake work on existing buildings.

Our Chartered Building Surveyors use their skills and knowledge of existing buildings to reach the best design solution. Matters including structural design, party wall awards, and mechanical & electrical design are all considered. The target is to ensure the finished building meets all of the statutory and regulatory requirements as set out by Local Authority Building Control.

LABC
Local Authority Building Control (LABC) represents all local authority building control teams in England and Wales.
