Following an initial referral, we’ve now prepared a number of external repair specification & tender proposals for various Elm Group properties. Most recently, a listed building in Milford, Surrey, parts of which date back to the 1730’s.
As well as preparing detail project specifications & managing the tender process from contractor selection to cost analysis, our Block Management service also includes creating a project timing schedule which covers all the various elements involved in a successful property management project, such as the important residents consultation period as governed by Section 20 of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1985.
Once all resident feedback has been considered & the main contractor appointed, we see the project through to practical completion under our Contract Management role ensuring timings are adhered too & agreed specifications delivered.
