When Can I Get Complementary Services?

 

Often, these complementary services follow on from a residential building survey. At the end of a survey, we always offer a free walk around the property where you can ask us questions. For example, a customer may ask about a property’s potential for extending. Our surveyors will offer their advice at the time, but our in-house team can deliver an end to end service.

A project may encompass just one area of our expertise, but often we get asked to add other complementary services. For instance, we may be acting as Principle Designer (Health & Safety) yet in doing so be briefed to assist in tender analysis and contractual advice.
