I also accept the survey terms as detailed in the Survey Introduction of the example survey I've already received. This is my written instruction to proceed with the above survey. I understand that full payment is due within 7 days of receipt of the survey. A cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed value is payable if I cancel within 72 hours of the booked survey date or if our Building Surveyor is refused entry to the property to be surveyed. The service does not include an asbestos inspection and it falls outside The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.
