Structural Surveys and Property Management

We carry out structural surveys on both residential and commercial properties.

We pride ourselves on the depth and level of our surveys and we are always happy to meet with our clients to take them on a guided tour of the building as soon as we have completed the survey. We find that this helps our clients to better understand their new acquisition and for us to explain any issues in greater depth.

We provide a property management service to a range of landlords in the Central London area. Our services include access to a responsive maintenance team to ensure any problems are swiftly resolved with minimum disruption to the tenants and greater control for our clients.
