David Edwards and Stephen Holmes are both founders and directors of Chawton
Hill Associates. Both directors have considerable
experience in the design and project management of Health,
Education and Commercial Sector buildings, and retain a hands-on
approach to every commission that is won by the Practice.
Our aim is to build strong partnerships with all our Clients
and service providers. It has always been our firm intention to seek out
long term and sustainable benefits for those that place commissions with
our Company, and we will strive to deliver to the very best of our abilities
and to meet the demands of each and every client.
Key people
David Edwards has a wealth of Project Management and Employer’s Agent experience. He has previously worked as a Senior Surveyor and Team Manager before becoming a Director of Chawton Hill Associates.
He is involved with all of our clients and specialises in the Health and Education sectors of the business.
Steve Holmes has many years of experience in the building industry and has experience in a diverse range of building and development projects.
He has been heavily involved in team management and business development for a range of companies and has now focused his attention on the exciting challenges that Chawton Hill Associates Ltd creates.
As a Director he maintains close contact with clients, and follows each project through to completion. He is involved in the careful selection of project teams and always enjoys a challenge.
